|Recommended: YesOverall clean and friendly — You couldn't ask for a better property manager. I've live here going on 3 years and it's not just an apartment, it's a home. Overall, I have enjoyed living here. The biggest thing I would like to see change, is assigned parking. As a single mom with 3 kids, it's difficult finding a parking spot in front of my unit where the college kids live. I believe if they fixed that issue, this would be a perfect place for anyone
|Recommended: YesIt is a good value for the area. — For the price, it is really hard to beat. There are nice amenities on the grounds and the units are nice. Having the ability to have all but your electric bill included with rent makes it really nice and less of a headache when doing monthly bills. Embassy Apartments are in a great location that makes commuting an absolute breeze. If you are looking for a place to live, I do highly recommend checking this place out

|Recommended: YesProperty is GREAT — Embassy Apartments are cozy, clean, and friendly apartments to live in. The cost is very reasonable and although you can sometimes hear the noisy neighbors, it's part of living in apartment buildings especially for the cost. Manager and maintenance are WONDERFUL.

|Recommended: YesThis is a 5 star property for this area — My son has lived here for several years and enjoys the comfort of the unit and the well maintained building. Anytime there is a maintenance issue, it is handled promptly. The manager is very people oriented and goes out of her way to make sure that the tenants needs are met but in return requires them to follow the rules for the safety and wellbeing of the entire community. I would recommend Embassy Ozark to any upstanding person or family who needs a nice living arrangement.

|Recommended: YesA great place to live. Its where I wanted to be. — I really enjoy living here. I've only been here short time, but the staff goes out of there way to make you feel like you belong. Not like you're just another tenant.

|Recommended: YesThis is such a great place to live Located at the most northern end of Ozark, less than 5 minutes to Springfield, and just around the corner from grocery, gas and eateries, you can’t get a better location Management is on their game, and I never wait longer than 2 days for a maintenance request. The pool clubhouse are a nice treat in the summer as well I’ve lived here for nearly 2 years and have never been happier even if it IS on the 3rd floor-I call it “The Penthouse” 😁 .
