|Recommended: YesOverall Great Apartments — Desiree is a great manager and everything gets taken care of really quickly. Maintenance does a great job also and is quick to respond. I do wish parking was easier

|Recommended: YesGreat place to stay. No safety concerns and relatively quiet area. Staff responds in a timely manner. The parking lots need to be maintained more. There seems to be cars dumped in the lots, and the cars will stay there for well over 8 months. This takes up parking spots and forces you to park further from your apartment not a super far distance-but still an inconvenience . Other than this issue, I have no complaints and recommend this place

|Recommended: YesGood Community — Overall I love living here. I wish the college students would stop parking in the drive by the dumpsters which makes it a one way drive, but overall it's a pretty good place to live. I really like that it's pet friendly that we can reserve the clubhouse.

It is really quiet for there being a lot of college kids in the building next to me, It is pretty clean as well. The only issue I have is the parking get pretty bad after 8pm. I have to park 4 buildings down from mine
|Recommended: YesOur son has lived at Ozark Embassy Apartments for the last 3 years. He says it is a great place to live because it is close the highway without all the highway noise. Also, it is within walking distance to the Price Cutter grocery store and several places to eat including Brahms, Lambert’s and Billy Gail’s. Gas stations and express oil change are also close. The maintenance department does regular maintenance checks including furnace filters changes. They are also very responsive to immediate needs. The property manager goes above and beyond to make sure the property is well maintained and safe for all the residents. Any issues are handled swiftly to insure a safe and secure environment.
|Recommended: YesDecent. — Parking is hard to get when I work late. I have to walk four buildings down and back, and maitnance still has not fixed the leak on our dishwasher. They replaced the Seal but it didn't fix the leak. Beyond that love I am very happy living here.
