The top highlight is easily the affordability, especially considering how clean and well-maintained the property is. The apartments are spacious and tidy, and it’s clear management takes real pride in keeping the grounds in great shape. Any time maintenance is needed, the staff is consistently friendly, pleasant, and helpful.
It’s a wonderfully quiet and peaceful community, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The location is ideal as well—conveniently close to everything in Ozark while still feeling tucked away and private.
There are just a couple of minor things to keep in mind parking can get a bit tight in the evenings, and the stairwells could benefit from extra cleaning, but overall these are tiny details.

|Recommended: YesI've lived here for a year now and just renewed my lease. The management is above amazing, the maintenance man goes above and beyond to make sure all issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Grounds are kept clean. The staff make you feel so welcome I see this as my forever home.

The property manager is very helpful and provides quick responses resolutions The pool is great during the summer time and hot days. 10 10

Close to a lot of great restaurants. They are always on time with changing filters and doing bug sprays. The management has been really nice.

|Recommended: YesWe just renewed our lease We have been here many years now. I like living in this area. Nice that you can get to springfield quickly when needed. They recently started dling some landscaping and it's looking nice.
|Recommended: YesWe moved here a few years ago and I haven’t regretted it It’s in town but doesn’t feel like it with the open spaces near by and it has lots of sidewalks for bikes and strollers.
